I currently have all my personal cards paid off, I pay what I charge every month.
K (my financial partner) has a large debt we need to pay off - he was out of work for almost a year. His debt was $19,000 a few months ago, and is now down to $14,600. It is at 7.75%. Paid $105 interest last month which is worth not being anxious, as I would if I paid it off with our savings.
My #1 short term goal is to pay off this credit card. Its the only debt besides the home equity loan and mortgage. Paying those off are the next goals.
I have no idea how long it will take to pay this off.
